Become a Tutor
Private tutoring provides a unique way of learning that benefits both the student and the tutor. As a tutor, you will be able to reinforce your subject knowledge, as well learn how to effectively communicate and teach ideas to fellow students.
As a job, UNC Tutors allows maximum flexibility in scheduling and pay. You will decide on your own when you want to meet with a student and how much you would like to charge per hour. All monetary transactions will take place in person after the tutoring session.
For those looking to build upon your resumes, private tutoring is seen as a very autonomous job that at the same time provides a valuable service to the community.
